Strategic’s services are available through the award of the General Services Administrative (GSA) Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) contract (GS-10F-0231T). Services offered by Strategic pursuant to this contract include consulting services, as well as program integration and project management services.

Our History

Strategic was established as a consulting business in 1997 by the Chief Executive Officer Margaret “Peg” Stessman. Ms. Stessman wanted to help medical providers and State governments improve their experience with managed care. From managed care, Ms. Stessman transitioned into program integrity and re-formed Strategic in October 2005 with the intent of supporting the government’s prevention of fraud, waste, and abuse in the Medicare and Medicaid programs. Since 2005, Strategic has experienced monumental moments, summarized in the timeline below.



Strategic has achieved several accreditations to provide ongoing educational opportunities for medical professionals who are required to achieve Continuing Education credits to maintain their professional licensing. Strategic is also certified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
